Greetings in the name of Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Let us seek to serve God in all we say and do! We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of the Living God, and we need to live, teach and preach the Gospel in all that we say and do. Let us keep our focus on Jesus Christ, no matter what the world or our society says.
God is worthy of our worship and prayer. Christ loved you so much that He died on the cross that you and I have the gift of eternal life and one day be with Him in heaven. If we will repent of our sins and receive Him into our hearts as our personal Lord and Savior.
I encourage you to be faithful to our Lord and his Bride, the church. Let us be committed and serve Him in the beauty of His holiness.

Everyone experiences fear in their life. There are big fears we are very aware of and little ones we may not even realize we have.
It is very important to understand what fear is and how it works against us because if we don't, it can keep us from becoming what God created us to be, which means we won't fulfill our purpose in life.
Fear is a tool the devil uses against us to make us miserable and destroy our lives. It begins as a thought and then creates emotions that can rule us. It often becomes a strong, intense feeling that tries to move us to make a foolish action or tries to prevent us from doing something that would be good for us. Because it's such a common way that Satan attacks people's lives, think of it as the master spirit he uses to manipulate people and keep them out of God's will.
Simply put, fear is the opposite of faith. God wants us to walk by faith, and Satan wants us to walk by fear. When we learn to live by faith and not let fear rule our life, we can live a fulfilling, satisfying, peaceful, and joyful life in Christ.

But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:
Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.
And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.
Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb on the third day after his crucifixion. Easter is the fulfilled prophecy of the Messiah who would be persecuted, die for our sins, and rise on the third day (Isaiah 53). Remembering the resurrection of Jesus is a way to renew daily hope that we have victory over sin. According to the New Testament, Easter is three days after the death of Jesus on the cross. The week leading up to Easter is called The Holy Week, or "Passion Week", and includes Palm Sunday (the day Jesus entered Jerusalem and was celebrated), Maundy Thursday (the "Last Supper" where Jesus met with his disciples to observe Passover), and Good Friday (when Jesus would be crucified on the cross).
Easter is a very significant date within Christianity and is the foundation of the Christian faith. Jesus, the Son of God, fulfilled prophecy and through his death, has given the gift of eternal life in heaven to those who believe in his death and resurrection. Mothers Day, May 8.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honor thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. Ephesians 6:1-3
Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. Exodus 20:12
What are we honoring? Mothers are the child bearers and usually the primary caregivers, and because they have contact with their children over a long growing period, they have an extraordinary effect on their children.
Strength and honor are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. Proverbs 31:25-30
We see in 2 Timothy 1:5 how with all the time a mother spends raising up her child, her faith is also passed down to her child. When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also. Timothy gives us an example of the many godly mothers and grandmothers in our lives that have passed down blessings to us. All of us who have had godly mother figures need to thank God. One way to do this is to honor them on Mother’s Day.
And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Deuteronomy 6:6-7
Not only can we honor the grandmothers, mothers, and mother-in-laws, but it is important to also note the importance of spiritual mothers. In a day and age when so many adults yearn for a connection with their mothers due to some unhealthy relationships that left many of them feeling unloved and unimportant in childhood or some growing up as “motherless children,” spiritual mothers can often fill in the gaps and teach us the things we never learned in childhood. Our sense of self, as a person, evolves from our attachment and identification with our mothers; thus, the importance of spiritual mothers in our lives.
Fathers Day, June 19.

Father's Day is about being thankful to the men in our lives who take on the responsibility and obligations of guiding us through life. Most of the time, taking that responsibility begins at the birth of their child. But, sometimes, God gives children their Father through other paths.
Psalm 103:13 As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Psalm 127:3-5 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
Proverbs 23:24 The Father of the righteous will greatly rejoice; he who fathers a wise son will be glad in him.
Express to our fathers the gratitude we have for the sacrifices they made. It is a time to elevate our relationships with them to the forefront of our hearts and minds. God showed us the importance of this relationship clearly throughout scripture and capitalizing it in the Gospels. It gives us an intimate view of the relationship between Christ, the Son, and God the Father. Jesus gave thanks to the Father as an example to us. Father's Day is when we designate to thank our earthly fathers and our Heavenly Father, just as our Savior did.
Observed on the seventh Sunday after Easter, that celebrates the blessing of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ as mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 2:1-31). The day of Pentecost is known in the Christian Church as the day on which the Spirit descended upon the apostles, and under Peter's preaching, so many thousands were converted in Jerusalem.
Acts 2 states that, after Jesus ascended into heaven, Jesus’ followers were gathered together for the Feast of Harvest (aka Pentecost), and the Holy Spirit “filled the whole house where they were sitting” (Acts 2:2). “All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them” (Acts 2:4). This unusual event drew a large crowd, and Peter stood up to speak to them about repentance and the gospel of Christ (Acts 2:14). By the end of the day that the Holy Spirit came, the Church grew by 3,000 people (Acts 2:41). John 14:26 "But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." Exodus 32:22 "Celebrate the Festival of Weeks with the firstfruits of the wheat harvest, and the Festival of Ingathering at the turn of the year. "
“Through this baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire, the apostles became more knowing, and had a greater understanding of the mysteries of the Gospel, and were more qualified to preach it to people of all nations and languages.”
Why do we?
People always ask, “why should Christians witness to others?” Every minute there are many people who will die without Christ. These people will spend eternity in Hell. Even though you might be afraid of evangelizing to that unbeliever, Catholic, Muslim, or Jehovah's Witness you always talk to, imagine how much worse it will be if they die without putting their faith in Christ alone.
You had a chance to tell them. Would a good doctor ever not tell someone they’re dying of cancer because they’re afraid of giving them bad news? Most unbelievers think they’re going to Heaven. Don’t be like most Christians and close your mouth. Preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jesus commanded us.
Matthew 28:18-19 “Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
A love for God and others.
2 Corinthians 5:14 “For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died."
Philippians 2:3-4 “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
Jesus Christ is the only way and most people don’t know that.
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
John 3:36 “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.”
John 3:18 “Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.”
How will people know if they don’t hear?
Romans 10:11-15 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
You will glorify God.
1 Corinthians 10:31 “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
Matthew 5:16 “In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.”
God does not want anyone to go to Hell.
John 3:17 “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”
2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
1 Timothy 2:3-4 “This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
Luke 14:23 “And the master said to the servant, “Go out to the highways and hedges and compel people to come in, that my house may be filled.”
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
Jesus is going to come when the gospel is preached around the whole world.
Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come."
People are blinded by Satan.
2 Corinthians 4:4 “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”
Witnessing helps us grow as believers.
Philemon 1:6 “and I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective for the full knowledge of every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ.”
Colossians 1:10 “so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God."
